Been watching every tutorial out there and my stick handling STILL sucks! What can I do?

I'm seriously frustrated with my stickhandling. I drill at home constantly, watching all the YouTube tutorials – Barber, etc. – and I'm pretty good. I can do the toe drag, some basic dekes, and my puck control is solid off-ice. I even take my green biscuit on walks to get more comfortable. I even go for walks through on my neighborhood with my stick and green biscuit!

But on the ice during games, I'm terrible. I can't control the puck, and I can't do any of the moves I practice at home. It's like I've never held a stick before.

My teammates keep telling me the same things: head up, knees bent, wrists. I know that. They also all recommend the same stickhandling tutorials, which I've already watched a million times. I'm pretty sure I'm doing everything right when I'm watching the drills.

I've even asked a few guys if they want to hit a stick time with me so they can see what I'm doing wrong, but everyone's busy. So, I'm stuck practicing at home, getting good there, and then looking like a fool in games. What am I missing? Is there some trick to translating off-ice skill to game situations that I don't know about? Any advice would be appreciated.
