What's your most unexpected and personal funny moment in the books and movies?

For me, it's when Harry tells Hagrid to come back,

"Of course we want you to come back, who cares what that Skeeter cow-...sorry Professor"

"I have temporarily gone deaf and cannot hear what you're saying"

And the second one is where Harry tells McLaggen that what he's eating is Dragonballs, and starts perusing the curtains, pretending to be interested while McLaggen pukes on Snape's foot.
