Is Chanel still worth it?

I’ve been wanting a classic flap or a classic mini flap for a long time— but after hearing reports of terrible quality, crooked seams, and poor emblem quality that fall out after a couple months’ of wear, I’m not sure anymore. Would I be better off to find a different brand of high quality?

EDIT: thank you all for your input! You gave me words for what I didn’t know how to express: it’s not really worth it. If I’m honest, I think it’s because I “liked” the Chanel bags before I joined this sub and learned so much about the world of handbags!! After thinking about it with a little common sense, I’m gonna go back to considering some options from Celine and Hermes. Thank you all!!!
