dependents profile lock
it has been weeks now and the support staff is not responding. I have opened the case and been added comments to that. I have been trying to reach out to them on phone and I get the same response every time I call that it will be done in 24 hours. We are stuck here. Is there anything that can be done. Dependent Profiles have been locked out for 3 weeks. I tried to book an appointment along with the dependents. Since it did not go through, the US visa services people asked me to create different profiles for each dependent. But since when I did that, I get the message that their biodata is locked.
Want to check if this happened to any one and how was is resolved - I want to understand what needs to be done differently.
