What are soke must-have pedals in your opinions?

I want a good Reverb pedal. I used to have the Holy Grail but I'm starting to consider the Oceans 11. The only problem with the Ocean's 11 is it's lack of true bypass. When I have a pedal Switched Off I do not want the signal running through the pedal.

I would also like anything that would sound like something Omar Rodriguez Lopez uses, especially starting at 4:12 in Take the Veil Cerpin Taxt.
