Ever wonder how long one 9V adapter powering 10 pedals on a board lasts for?
I'm one those players who decided when building my first board that I'd daisy chain power instead of an isolated supply. Never had a noise or power issues with it...until yesterday. Went to power up the board and some pedals powered up, some didn't, my MD-200 was flashing 'Lo' (low battery according to the manual). Did some troubleshooting then nipped to the store for a new One Spot adapter. Good as new. How long did the original one last? Just over 15 years, thousands of hours. Not bad for $30. Thought I'd share.
