What's your favorite pedal maker and why?

Thought about this one for a while, I gotta go with EHX. They have a swagger about them that I don't think any other brand has replicated. Some of their stuff is quite dated at this point but that doesn't mean it can't do the job.

The unique stuff is also just that - unique. They invented the concept of crazy pedal ideas and took it to the extreme in many cases that other makers haven't had the balls to try and replicate. Still to this day I find out about pedals of theirs I didn't even know existed. Seems like they have over a hundred different big box pedals. Some recent ones I found out about are the Epitome, the Holy Stain, and Turnip Greens. There's just a ton out there.
