Greenway at Stadium/Fisher Park be Carroll at Bellemeade

I’m looking to move to downtown Greensboro and wanted to know opinions on either of these apartment complexes, or which one is more recommended. Also sidenote, I have two vehicles and was wondering if either of these complexes could accommodate two vehicles or if anyone has any recs on affordable parking for my additional car.
