Of all the characters in Grey’s Anatomy, who’s character development did you love the most?

I’m on season 13 so far, but personally I love Alex Karev’s evolution as a character. He went from an immature, careless player to a disciplined, decent guy who cares about his friends and loved ones. Which one’s your favorite character evolution and why?
