Should ''de'' in Latin language names be capitalized if I start a phrase with that person's name? Should I just skip to the last name?

Some people in Latin related languages like Portuguese and Spanish have names with ''de'' (of). Examples Hernando de Soto, Fernando de Noronha, Pedro de Alvarado.

When I begin a sentence with their last name should I include the ''de'' and should it be capitalized?
