Purchased Go Wild Pass Back In November. No email received for early booking access. Now flight sold out?

I purchased the Go Wild Pass back in November, and I understood you could only book within 24 hours before departure. I waited for the 24 hours before to book my flight for this weekend, and now the Go Wild allotment is sold out?? Apparently they started an early booking period where you can book ahead of the 24 hours? An email notification sent to me (since I am a Go Wild pass holder) would have been nice and the very least they could do….

Not even a month in to having this pass and I’m already starting to feel bamboozled…
