Gout in foot

Hi folks, I sometimes get gout on my big toe on either foot but do any of you get gout in the outside foot area? I think its around the cuboid bone...

It's my second or third time now getting pain in that area and I can barely walk without taking anti-inflammatorys & paracetamol etc...
