Scottsdale Trip Predicament

Before I get roasted for not looking up one of the hundreds of posts already on this, that is exactly what has gotten me into this predicament. Gonna be heading out there in July for a bachelor party and looking to play at least two rounds. After a good amount of research, we finally ‘settled’ on WeKoPa Saguaro and TPC Stadium (bucket list). After discovering both courses would be closed for aerification the week we’ll be there, we then decided on Grayhawk Raptor. Problem is, they’ll be closed as well!

Now debating between Quintero, Troon North Monument, WeKoPa Cholla, Grayhawk Talon, or Dinosaur Mountain. My question is — if you had to pick two of those (or any others that aren’t listed), which two would you consider to be our best options?
