Dual Channel RAM Issue with B660M Mobo

I just finished my first PC build and I'm having an issue with the ram in my build. When i install both ram into the correct dual channels on the motherboard, the computer won't post. Power will be fine as fans will spin up but now post and no display, as if the monitor doesn't even detect something. When I only use the A2 ram slot, the computer boots to BIOS just fine. I've removed the cooler and double checked the CPU for bent pins or what not and can't detect any issues. I went ahead and installed Linux and figured at least one ram is better than none for now, although I really want to take advantage of 32GB.

The BIOS is already flashed to the most up-to-date version. I did not fiddle with any settings in BIOS except for enabling XMP initially and seeing if that worked but no avail. I searched on Google and Reddit and saw some suggestions for changing voltage or whatnot but all of those applied to slightly different builds so I was hesitant to do much fiddling.

If I need to take this to another forum or subreddit, by all means let me know. Any help is greatly appreciated! I also included my build specs below.
