Golden Bird at Komatsu Forge

Basically title but I’ll explain better: there’s a golden bird that flies around Komatsu Forge that lands outside of the same building every time (the one with the water wheel next to it) but there’s nothing close by to interact with. Not really sure what the bird is pointing out, essentially.
