China's Nominal GDP

When I was looking at China's GDP why does it keep staying at the $17 Trillion - $19 Trillion range? A few years ago the Nominal GDP of China was $19 Trillion, but now searching on Google it just hit $19 Trillion and on another site $18 Trillion.
