Random thought about enhancements

So enhancements are the new warlord/relic for the new edition. You can give them to characters and up to 3 can be assigned to three different characters. However, they can’t be given to epic heroes.

Patriarch is an epic hero. Most likely since GSC have a long standing tradition of only one of each character. If we follow this logic then it is likely other normal characters will be epic heroes too.

Then who do we give enhancements to?
