When to Move on from Focus 10…?

Advice as to when to move on from Focus 10?

When I first started the tapes, I did each tape once until Wave 2 when I realized I was just falling asleep during them. I read all the Q&As and faqs about focus 10 I understand we should go too fast through the tapes but also not to linger.

But I still seem to remain with the same question, what’s a good indication I should move on?

I was mostly falling asleep during the meditation and now after repeating Focus 10 intro many times it seems I remain awake during it and my body does feel very heavy and asleep. I’m not 100% positive that I don’t dose off a little bit at some point but much better than before. Other than feeling my body very heavy and seemingly asleep, and sometimes it seems I go in and out of dream state quickly, what else?

I know it’s a basic and repeated question but still looking for some concrete advice… what am I looking to achieve and what indicates that I’m ready to move on?

And are there ways I can improve my experience in focus 10?

I do remember reading through the faq docs that it’s important to spend a good amount of time perfecting focus 10 but not sure what else I can do other than continue to listen each day?
