Fantasy with Guns

Perhaps an odd request, but I'm looking for something that's in the traditional fantasy genre, only our protagonist can unload a revolver into a group of evil knights or a ferocious dragon. Like, if one could mash up RDR2 and Fallout 3-NV-4 with Skyrim and Dragon Age. Preferably not the one shot flintlocks of Greedfall, but a proper modern firearm.

Preferably something in real time 1st or 3rd person, rather than turn based (I've played through all the Final Fantasy games and BG3) or isometric (I loved Hades, but it's not quite the vibe I'm looking for).

Mods for existing games would also be a good fix, if nothing along these lines exists.
