What should I play next?

Just finished God of War (2018) (fantastic game) and I'm looking for something new to play. I've got a PS5 and a Switch. I've got the below list of things I'm debating between, but I'm open to other suggestions too:

Ori and the Will of the Wisps

Assassin's Creed Odyssey

Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores

Tears of the Kingdom (started it when it came out but didn't get more than 3ish hours into it)

RDR2 (I started this like 2 years ago and it was a bit too slow for me, but I feel like I should give it another shot)

Spider-Man 2

Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown

Stellar Blade

Super Mario Bros U Deluxe (looking for a 2D Mario platformer and this one was recommended to me, but open for other suggestions)
