How do you rewatch GoT?

I am interested in how people rewatch GoT and I wish I could make a poll but I don't know how to do that

do you watch it from ep 1 the whole way through? watch it up to a particular season/ep or from a particular season/ep to the end? recently I have been a fan of just watching one story line and skipping the others, not sure what that's about but I also like watching random episodes
