Why is customer service so terrible?

I placed my order on 27 Oct, said it was sent to shipper 29 Oct, after that.....nothing. Hasn't moved since the 29th. I've messaged customer service 3 times and still nothing. I got a faster response from Spirt Airlines than I have from Funko. This is ridiculous.

Has anyone had better luck getting a response?
