top surgery nipple grafting or no nipple grafting

this feels like such a strange question but anyways. tbh i don’t really want to keep my nipples just cause i hate how they show up through clothing. but also im conflicted because i think id get dysohoric without them at the beach after top surgery cause its like a “im the only one without them and everyone else has them” so i was wondering if after top surgery if maybe the nipples are more flat??? i think if they just didn’t perk up more i’d be fine with it, maybe there’s a type of incision that prevents it???
