Prada Luna Rossa Carbon: 2 bottles same fragance?

I was going online to buy Prada Carbon today when i saw that there are 2 bottles, one has the top side in a clear crystal and the other one in a more opaque one (not the prada black).

I was wondering if anybody knows the difference between the two of them
