How to join a regiment

I'm almost a new player, I only know Charlie. I've been learning a lot of logi and doing it kinda relaxes me, and have been looking for putting my social anxiety aside and enjoy this game at its fullest.

So this is the trouble. Im not the skillest english speaker. But I can undestand english pretty easily. Was wondering if you know any regiment would accept a friendly noob with bad english.
