I Found an Omas Itala Chromograf & a 1950s Rotring Tintenkuli in a $2 Thrift Store Box – Need Help Finding a Cap!

I was at a thrift store recently and picked up a small box for about $2 (20 SEK) just because I needed the box itself. Inside, I found some random office supplies—paperclips, an eraser, and what I thought were just a couple of old pens.

But when I looked closer, I realized I had stumbled upon something truly special: • An Omas Itala Chromograf Double-Nibbed Fountain Pen from the 1940s! • A 1950s Rotring Tintenkuli ink pen, complete with extra nibs and ink inserts.

The Omas is missing its cap, and I’d love to restore it. Complete versions of this pen can sell for between $1,500 and $2,500, but I have no idea what it’s worth without the cap.

So, I’m reaching out to you pen experts: 1. Does anyone know where I could find a replacement cap for the Omas? 2. What kind of value does the Omas have without its cap? 3. Any insights into the value of the Rotring Tintenkuli and the extra nibs/ink inserts I found?

I’ve removed all the unrelated items from the box and only kept what I believe is connected to these pens. Here are some photos of what I have—would love to hear your thoughts!
