ink won’t flow!

Hi all! I have a Lamy vista (the special edition from Goulet) and my ink is not flowing. I’ve let water run through until clear, dried it, did it again, etc. My new ink is still only flowing halfway through, so it’s not getting to the nib. I’m wondering if this is because the water where I live has a lot of calcite and it’s now in my pen. Any advice on how I should fix this?

also, this probably has to do with it, but I had left the pen with ink in it but didn’t use it for a month or so. I did all the flushing and cleaning afterwards, but that could have caused something.
