DHL stole my Pilot Custom 823

So I placed an order for the Pilot custom 823 from Pensachi when they were having a Pilot sale. Even with shipping and duties it was cheaper than Canada retailers. I paid the duties as soon as I got the notification from DHL and it showed a delivery date of Nov 12. So far so good, I was going to be home that day and figured this worked out well. Then on Nov 8, it started showing out for delivery. I’m undergoing breast cancer treatment and was in the hospital that day for tests all day long. As a result I missed the two calls made by the delivery driver. An hour later I got a message saying the shipment has been delivered which was odd because I was still in the hospital. Once I got home I started looking into what’s going on and it showed delivered with some random signature. I checked with my building manager and a couple of neighbours and no one had my package. I called DHL and they said they will start a ticket and I will get a call today but nothing. I also emailed Pensachi who got back to me saying DHL is saying it’s delivered and there’s nothing they can do. I’m super frustrated at this point. I’m already going through a tough time and didn’t need this additional stress instead of the joy of getting my new pen. Anyone has any tips on what I can do? I cannot afford to place another order :(

Update: After literally harassing DHL and Pensachi both on calls, emails, twitter and instagram my package suddenly showed up today :) :) :) yay for a win!! Thanks to everyone that offered support and advice! It worked!!!
