Light blue ink for students

Hey, I am long time fp user ( for at least 14 years) but just recently i got my first "real" fountain pen for my masters (Lamy Studio). I always used cartridges for my ink but I would like to know which light blue ink would you recommend ?

My preferences: kinda quick drying time, i like light blue color, and not to wet so it doesn't bleed or ghost through paper.

Currently i have Hongdian Sky Blue, nice colour, but bleeding is definitely a bit of a problem, although i started using low porosity paper which helps.
