Ingredients: 1Lb of steak, cut into thin strips against the grain ¼ Teaspoon of salt ¼ Teaspoon of black pepper 1 Medium red onion, sliced into strips 2 Roma tomatoes, cut into ⅙th 2 to 3 Cloves of garlic, minced 1-inch piece of ginger, minced (optional) ½Lb of frozen french fries 3 Tablespoons of oil
For the sauce: 2 Tablespoons of soy sauce 2 Tablespoons of white vinegar 2 Tablespoons of oyster sauce 1 Tablespoon of Pisco, or water
Garnish: ¼ Cup of cilantro, roughly chopped
