Leaving for regionals

Hello all!

I’m starting to look at 121 carriers since it looks like I’ll need to jump to a regional to become competitive for a legacy. Would it be a good idea to take the sure thing now and get into an airline ASAP or wait and see what lcc or major will consider fractional pilots in the future?

For reference, I have landed an interview with SkyWest! I’m aware of the contract and also considering waiting to see if any other regionals will start hiring next year that don’t have contracts.

2300 TT, 1200 turbine, coming up on year 3.
