When is the best time to apply for lines

Hi I’m CFI/CFII, ratp candidate (1,000hrs) currently working around ~ 750hrs so far.

While building my times (around 50hrs/month) I am just curious when should I apply for airlines. Right now I know that few airlines hire but I wanna know the general idea for it.
