Where to find Peacock bass

Hello everybody, I’m gonna be in Orlando for the next two days but will have limited time for fishing, and will be going up to the villages the rest of the next eight days I was just wondering if there’s any peacocks up near the villages or do I need to try to find some time in Orlando? Also here’s my freshwater bucket list for Florida. Can I achieve any of these while I’m here?
