Why is this Ryanair flight taking this route? Is it diverting?

Saw this flight was being watched by a lot of people and am curious why it’s taking this flight path? Was supposed to land in Teesside but seems to be going towards Dublin? I figured it’s a diversion, but the flight path isn’t indicating that, and wouldn’t it make more sense to land somewhere closer?
