This routine enough?

Hiya

I am trying to get as much middle and front split progress done before summer ends and I've been consistently stretching for a month already, but wanted to do it more seriously, and so went on YT and found these Tom Merrick videos:

Hamstring

Hip Flexor

Middle Split

Are these routines fine to do for a 3x a week program? I'm just slightly concerned because the intensity of the stretches don't seem that high... and not a lot of time spent in the middle or front splits. Are there any other youtube programs that are more effective? I only have yoga blocks if that makes a difference.

Maybe I should do some of his older routines?
