Omega cooktop lock

I’ve had this cooktop for years now, and cannot for the life of me figure out how to turn the lock off! If I accidentally turn it on, or water splashes the touch screen, I have to flip the switch and turn it off at the wall, which also turns off oven and I need to reset the time on it constantly. I’ve tried to find the manual online, and it seems others have had the same issue!
Please tell me I’m missing something trivial!
