Do we need agents to get in? Please answer

I am from Sri Lanka and FIT is my dream university. I recently heard that some universities require agents to gain admission. Is it the same in FIT (for a Sri Lankan student)? Are there any agents that anyone knows who support getting into FIT?

If not, is it possible for students to apply directly and get into the university?
