Progress Update - 36m, 3 young kids, another on the way
This was just before the holidays… I’m 5’8, 165 lbs in these pics. Used to compete in powerlifting, best lifts ever were 365 bench, 460 squat, 565 deadlift. Can’t do those now though, shoulder is not good at the moment and I’ve moved away from heavy squats and deadlifts. Lift pretty much every day but quick workouts with lots of supersets etc, usually wake up at 5:20, have a protein shake and make a coffee and lift from about 5:30-6:10 or so, before anyone else wakes up.
Don’t really know what my goals are anymore besides try to be strong, look and feel good. Lifetime natty but been lifting pretty consistently since high school. Feel free to critique or ask questions.
