Does anyone use dumbbell hooks?

I am at a point it is very painful for me to do flat and incline DB press with dumbbells. I am fine for my warm ups (75-105) but as soon as I get into my working set i need a spotter to get out of “the hole” when I am kicking up into starting position with 125-150 (nothing higher 😭). Considering these “dumbbell hooks” to do my heavier reps (pics) does anyone use them? Are they conformable to lift with. Do they throw off balance at all? TIA!!!
