Unable to lock debit card
I am unable to lock my debit card via the website or app. I get a message saying "Sorry, we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later. If you continue to have issues, please contact us at 800-323-5353"
I called customer service and the representative was able to lock it for me and then I was able to unlock it, but I couldn't lock it again after.
She said she couldn't provide website support and didn't really know how to help further.
I have the new look debit card and do not recall if I've tried locking since I got that card. Same issue with my wife's card as well.
Any ideas how to get this fixed?
