Individual investment vs cash management account

Does it matter which account I hold my shares in? I have about 20 shares each of SGOV and BOXX in my cash management account. I plan on parking funds in these while investing in a few ETFs. I want to reinvest the dividends in SGOV and BOXX. Does it matter which account they go it? Individual or cash management?
