What’s wrong with her?

I recently bought this fiddle and she seems to be doing terribly. She’s lost 2 leaves in the last 2-3 weeks. She does have two grow lights that I leave on for 12 hours a day, as she doesn’t get enough sunlight with the angle she’s at. Idk if I’m burning her because of the grow lights.

She lost a large middle leaf first and then a medium leaf at the bottom.

The bottom leaves are also kinda turning brown and crispy. Other leaves in the middle have small brown patches.

I watered her thoroughly about 1-2 when the pot becomes dry.

Please help me!
