Trying to do all the sidequests that gives you something like an emote or a minion, No Guts No Glory is one of these butis not showing up, anyone knows why?

Context:I am at Lv55 Black Mage and I yet to start the first mission of stormblood expansion,while I'm leveling to reach lv60 and waiting the queue I am doing the sidequests that gives you something. At South Shroud there's the NPC Auphilot that should give you the quest called "no guts no glory" to obtain a minion but the quest doesn't show up for me.
