ECFMG certificate and fellowship

Hello everyone! I matched in cardiology and am on a J1. I was certified through ECFMG pathway 1 and my certificate expired on 12/31/2022 but I completed 2.5 years of residency. I also got a letter that my ECFMG certificate is valid indefinitely. Should I be worried about credentialing? Do I need to send a CVS request too?
