what i do as a federal employee (VA)

hi everyone, i just came into work this morning greeted by an email "5 bulletpoints on what you achieved last week". i would just like to say i work in a VA emergency room, endlessly working my ass off all day long for the veterans who have served this country. looking at elons poll on twitter and the reply's was really a slap in the face. i saw comments that consisted of "Yes federal employees need to respond they are slow and have no work ethic." i am tired of being marginalized. i am tired of people thinking federal employees are lazy. although i can point out the COUNTLESS. COUNTLESS veterans who constantly abuse the system ESPECIALLY the emergency room at the VA. feels like a slap in the face that i have to prove im "not lazy" while i constantly work my ass off everyday to provide a good experience for our veterans at the VA.
