Has anyone else's organization forbidden sharing of our opinion about changes to our job via social media?

At my org we just received an alert that any opinions on the changes to our jobs was not allowed to be shared on social media until otherwise told.

Do I really not have the first amendment right to say "I don't like the policy changes?"

What in the hell is happening
