Largest incentive award you’ve received?

Surprised to get one for $3500 this morning. 30 years as a Fed, GS15. That’s the most I ever received.

Edit: To clarify, this was not a recruiting award or the annual award you get just for breathing. This was like an on the spot or an extra performance award based on recent accomplishments.
