First time flyer

I just got married yesterday and am going on a honeymoon today. I'm travelling out of Houston, Bush Intercont., soon and landing in Denver. Fronteir Airlines flight. Having a lot of anxiety about flying. Not a fan of being out of control and helpless in a way. Any advice?
