Flying on Sunday from Houston to Denver 🫣

Didn’t think I’ll actually post something but as the day gets closer the anxiety continues to rise especially all that is being heard on the news lately.

I’m flying from Houston to Denver. Any advice about the turbulence? My biggest fear has always been falling out of the sky especially since I had an emergency landing as a kid 20+ years ago. A moment that took my idea of possibly being a pilot as a kid away.

I understand turbulence won’t bring a plane down as I flown through/close terrible turbulence a decade ago while it was typhoon season in Japan (pilot didn’t fly around it. Till this day I literally don’t understand it)

Question: flight experience flying in and out of Denver. How bad was it? Anything done to try calming down on the plane?

The flight landing is around 3:30pm and return take off is around 8pm. Uncertain if those times experience bad turbulence or not

The plane also looks to be an Airbus 321Neo which makes me feel better. It’ll be with Frontier (first time with them)

Thanks for all the tip
