$150 refer a friend bonus not paying out?

Saturday October 21st, I sent my friend a link to sign up to fanduel, he signed up with the link I sent him, he placed $30 in bets for that night and it's been 4 and a half days and neither of us got any bonus, tried to contact support but the chat just closes down. (Says "no agent available" and closes the chat)
